I stumbled upon this video of an Australian organisation that aims to defend people who have been attacked by the pro-Israeli lobby and its legions of supporters in society. Those supporters include the heads of universities and hospitals and other civil organisations. What is happening in Australia is a mirror of what has been happening in the UK and in the US - countries where the elite including the politicians have been bought and captured by the pro-Israelis.
Note how criticism of the Israelis is conflated with antisemitism.

Roberts says Iran's strategy is misguided

Roberts on Dialogue Works gave another illuminating and thoughtful perspective on the war on Iran. In particular, he said Iran should be attacking the cause of the war - the Israelis - because they are not paying a cost for their war and instead they are content to let the US and Iran exchange blows and to continue in that fashion. He thinks Iran's strategy of tit-for-tat with the US is misguided. His key points were
He mentioned change in the US - recently elected democrats are not supportive of the Israelis.

Baud on Dialogue Works said the Israelis are self-centred - they are the world and everything else can crash if that crash is in their interest. He says they don't care about upsetting the equilibrium of the Mid East because if they upset it then they think the US will come to help them and do their bidding. He said Trump acknowledged he had been tricked by Netanyahu into the war on Iran.
Baud explained the psychology of terrorism, and the stark contrast between the mindset of the westerners and the west Asians. He said the Americans interfere in others' conflicts to control that conflict or to abuse it for their own purposes, i.e., the US and the Israelis are not interested in the wellbeing of the parties to the conflict. The US is willing to use the parties to the US's advantage. He used the example of the Kurds being used as pawns of the US to attack Iran. That US self-interest can cause wider problems, such as Turkey objecting to the use of the Kurds by the US against Iran because the Kurds could then become emboldened to attack Turkey.
He said triangular (tripartite) relationships (where the US is involved) do not create clear win-lose outcomes. Win-lose is a clear outcome in a bilateral relationship. He thinks West Asian security would improve if the US got out of the region because by getting out, the tripartite relationship structure that creates instability, would end. He said tripartite led to failure in Afghanistan, Libya, Iraq, and Syria
Baud also highlighted the Mid East works according to differing principles and a different logic or mindset when compared to people from the west - he mentioned martyrdom in Asia as a difference. He said the Ottoman empire did not have defined boundaries yet boundaries are a key part of western culture and to maintain order. He said borders are not relevant in the diddle east. He said borders create problems. In the west, everything is codified and codification leads to wars - boundary disputes.
The Europeans have created the problems of the middle east, he said and destabilisation over the last 25 years because they did not understand the logic and the way of life of people of the Middle East.
He says ego is preventing Trump from admitting to his mistake in the war on Iran. He noted the nuclear, democracy, or governance issues that were in the headlines early on are no longer discussed - the discussion now is just Hormuz, and even that discussion is ambiguous because Trump wants a fee for passage of ships through Hormuz yet Rubio said Iran's fee was unlawful, and later, Trump backtracked on his fee.

FT.com - more FT propaganda - this time over a Saudi attack on Yemen

FT.com published an article about the Saudis attacking Yemen. My comment was immediately sent to a Mod. The article was framed in a way that raised suspicions and I think it was more FT propaganda.
“It is suspicious that the FT has not discussed why the Saudis attacked Yemen, other than referring to comments made by nameless "analysts".
Assuming those "analysts" are correct, why has the FT not commented on the criminality and legality of a foreign government (the Saudis) attacking Yemen and trying to prevent an aeroplane from landing in Yemen?
Why has the FT not referred to any statements by the Iranians because it was their aeroplane that was attacked by Saudi fighter jets as it tried to land in Yemen?

FT.com published a piece on the depreciation of Iran's currency. It blocked all comments. I sent a critical email about the blocking. The article did not say a word about the attacks by the US constituting war crimes.
a) FT hacks said "the deal [MoU] broke down as Iran targeted vessels they accused of using an “unauthorised” route through the strait, with the US once again launching days of strikes on Iran."
This framing is dishonest and implies Iran is responsible for the MoU collapsing.
The MoU broke down because Trump chose to launch attacks on Iran and used Iran's attacks on ships as a pre-text to launch strikes. Iran had the right to administer passage through Hormuz and to block ships from using an unapproved route.
The US had no right under the MoU to interfere in that administration of passage through Hormuz and so the US, in league with Gulf states, is responsible for the breakdown of the MoU. The US-Israeli Axis of Evil has repeatedly violated the MoU. Iran is not responsible for the MoU's collapse.
b) The article quoted a guy who complained about the Iranian government:
"they’re financing this war with our money while shifting the entire economic burden on to ordinary people."
What does this Iranian expect? Governments either raise money through taxes or they borrow. Iran is shut off from international markets because of western sanctions. It might be able to borrow from sympathetic nations - perhaps the Chinese or Russians, but the danger of debt is it must be repaid and interest must be paid. With crippling sanctions, debt might not be an option.

Yet again, it is utterly disgraceful that the FT did not allow any comments on its article.

Reason2Resist reported on a Sky investigation into the Minab atrocity. Lascaris believes the US deliberately attacked the school knowing it was a school.
He says such barbarity in Minab is not a surprise given their barbarity in Gaza for the last three years - tens of thousands of children have been murdered and starved to death.
Lascaris also noted that there was not a military base close to the school, yet Sky implied there is currently a military base 'neighbouring the school'. Lascaris was speaking from his personal observations in Minab.
He said a huge majority of Americans opposed the war on Iran. That dissent is likely to rise as they learn of US casualties and more so if the true number of casualties is leaked.
Lascaris ended by saying he was supporting Spain rather than Argentina to win the world cup, for political reasons: the Spanish government, unlike much of Europe's governments, has been outspoken in support of Palestinians, and because the Argentinian leader is an ultra-strong pro-Israeli supporter and sycophant. US military personnel have scurried over to Jordan after US bases had been destroyed in the Gulf states. That is why Iran has targetted Jordan - to destroy the US concentration in Jordan.
Haiphong admired Iran's laser-sharp focus on systematically destroying US bases that have been used to attack Iran. In that way, the US will no longer be able to attack Iran in the way it has been doing for years.
Haiphong suggests that the Israelis will be targetted next by Iran - as soon as the US starts to launch attacks from the apartheid state. He suggests the Israelis are trembling at being targets because the US is parking its military equipment, such as in-air refuelling aircraft, in the apartheid state.
Haiphong was critical of the tweet by Kent (see below) that called for a hard hit on Iran for US troops who died in Jordan. I agree with Haiphong that a hard hit is likely to lead to more US deaths because Iran will rightly retaliate.
Kent needs to be told (or remember) that the US-Israeli Axis of Evil started the war on Iran and it is an illegal war. The Axis of Evil must therefore take full responsibility for US personnel killed in action.
Kent's strategy after his recommended hard hit is absurd for its lack of detail and definition. What does removing "Iran's leverage" mean? How is that leverage actually removed? What are "economic negotiations"? How does he think Iran will agree to sit down to such negotiations? Kent's hot air might be a clumsy and amateurish attempt at appeasing Trump and the Israelis.

It makes no sense therefore, for Iran to commit suicide by launching such attacks. I attended another rally in support of Palestinians, Lebanese, and Iranians and to oppose the British government, the Israelis, and the US regimes for their barbarity and inhumanity.
It is becoming monotonous to listen to Corbyn and his kind - lots of rhetoric that gets applauds but what tangible change has there been? What influence did all the marches and speeches have on Starmer and his gang of pro-Israelis - Lammy and Cooper, in particular - no influence. These politicians did not change their behaviour. They actually ramped-up their oppression of free speech, and they unjustly pursued protestors through the courts and had them convicted and jailed as terrorists.
It was very well-attended with many stallholders and families and people of all sorts coming together.
There were disgusting pro-Israeli and anti-Iran protestors on the side-lines, but they were a very small number and they were separated by the police and stewards.

Israelis are likely to be behind the irrational bombings by the US and the Saudis of Iran and Yemen
Hanke on Dialogue Works speculated that the Israelis are behind the bombing by the US of Iran because it is irrational for the US to engage in such bombing. That US bombing and the US blockade in Hormuz have shut down Hormuz completely (no ships passed through Hormuz on 17 Jul).
He noted that all the reporters reporting through mainstream media are based in, and getting feeds from, the Israelis (from Tel Aviv) and so he says that news is unreliable.
He also said the bombing by the Saudis of Yemen was also irrational because the Saudis rely on their cross-country pipeline to export via the Red Sea, and the Red Sea can easily be shut by the Yemenese, so why would Saudi jeopardise that route to export Saudi oil? It makes no sense. His explanation was the Israelis are coordinating US and Saudi aggression.

Israelis' GPS interference of incoming missiles no longer works so they're now scared of Iran
Johnson said on Diesen that the Israelis are staying out of the US's fight with Iran because the Israelis know they are going to suffer. That is because in the past the Israelis could interfere with GPS systems and so divert Iran's missiles away from their target in the apartheid state.
Now, Iran no longer uses GPS but a Chinese alternative. That means the Israelis are no longer able to divert Iran's missiles and they will therefore destroy the apartheid state. They even wanted the US to stop sending its aircraft to park in the apartheid state because that would make it a target for Iran's missiles.

Today, Andy Burnham is confirmed as the next Prime Minister. Last week, almost three years into Israel’s genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, he was forced to apologise and admit that the government got it wrong.
As we have always known – it was the people, the millions who have steadfastly stood with Palestine, who got it right.
We have been standing on the right side of history. We must do so again in London tomorrow.
Burnham clearly wants to distance himself from Keir Starmer’s moral bankruptcy, but in this respect, his statement remains totally inadequate.
As the Palestinian people continue to confront Israel’s ongoing genocide in Gaza and escalating colonial violence and apartheid across their homeland, we demand meaningful action.
We will march tomorrow to show that we continue to stand with the Palestinian people no matter who is in Downing Street.
Before that, use the link below to write directly to Andy Burnham. The Genocide Convention is clear that all states – including Britain – must take every available step to prevent genocide as soon as they are aware of a serious risk of it. Despite this, the government continues to allow the supply of F-35 fighter jet parts and other arms to Israel. This must end.
Shamefully, it is now two years since the July 2024 International Court of Justice judgement that Israel’s presence in the occupied Palestinian territory is unlawful and that Israel is guilty of the crime of apartheid. The same ICJ ruling set out clear legal obligations for Britain to cease all actions that aid or assist these grave violations of international law. It is disgraceful that the British government has still not even issued a response.
As you take office as Prime Minister, you must seize the opportunity to finally end Labour’s shameful complicity in Israel’s crimes against Palestinians and implement policies that uphold international law.

Burnham spoke about the Israelis. The view was that he is a pro-Israeli and his speech was hollow and without substance. Speakers thought his speech was scripted by the pro-Israelis and those pro-Israelis then criticised him for his stance. His chief of staff is a LFI ex-chairman.
Burnham said "[Israel] appears to have committed war crimes" yet Burnham was adamant about war having been committed crimes by Russia. One speaker said Burnham is cut from the same cloth as Starmer.
It was also pointed out that Burnham did not admit the Israelis are committing genocide; he avoided mentioning the term. He did not even admit to them committing war crimes.
It was generally agreed that Burnham is a smooth political operator and an opportunist - so therefore more dangerous than Starmer, who was described as a "Dalek".
The video showed the results of a poll. 64% thought it unlikely that he will change the UK's policy towards Israel, and just 17% though it likely. 52% polled said the UK does not change its policy on Israelis because of the pro-Israeli lobby. 84% of those polled said the pro-Israeli lobby have a "great deal" of influence on British politics.

It also notes one of II's presenters admitted “We are all fighting together to get rid of this brutal regime [the Iranian government].” and how the channel has avoided "obligations such as strict traditional broadcasting impartiality." by limiting its operations to online activity.
The article noted:

FT.com published a piece on renewed US attacks on Iran, but the FT hacks framed the attacks in a way that hid the facts that the US is the aggressor and is waging war ON Iran. My comment 1) was published.
I then posted comment 2). It began “Yet more FT propaganda:" but that comment was blocked. I then removed that line and then the comment (comment 3) was published and remained. Diesen called the US "savages". His choice of word was a considered choice, and is justified because the US are committing mass murder of civilians (genocide); "they regularly threaten to exterminate a nation of 93 million people."

Drop Site had a conversation with Khanna about the Israeli concentration camp called Gaza. In particular, Scahill asked him whether Palestinians had the right to armed resistance. Khanna refused to say Palestinians did have that right - a right that exists under international law.

Host of Electronic Intifada tells the truth about 07 Oct 2023 and debunks Israeli lies

Neutrality Studies presented a video in which the host of Electronic Intifada (Abunimah ) gave his account of the events of 07 Oct 2023, especially the false atrocities the Israelis spread about the Palestinians on 07 Oct 2023, including lies about beheadings, rape and murders of Israelis.
He also exposed evidence that the Israelis' executed their Hannibal directive on 07 Oct. They murdered a group comprised of Israelis who had been taken hostage by Palestinians and the Palestinian who held them hostage. One Israeli survived that murder directive and another Israeli from the group who had left the group before it was murdered en masse by the Israelis. That woman who left the group said the Palestinian captors did not harm the hostages.
The host mentioned US politicians - including Clinton and Harris - who spread the lies about abuse of Israelis by Palestinian soldiers. He also named and shamed the NY Times.
He said that the colonialists and apartheid regimes, such as that in South Africa, dehumanised the natives and portrayed them to the colonial settlers as violent, dangerous, and irrational. That portrayal and dehumanisation was used to spread fear among the settlers in order to create cohesion and solidarity among the settlers - so they would believe in "safety in numbers".
That portrayal of natives was also used to justify apartheid - domination and apartheid were necessary because if the natives - the barbaric savages - got control and freedom, they'd murder the settlers, so the colonisers must keep the natives under control for the security of the settlers. He likened the case of apartheid South Africa to the relationship between the Israelis and the Palestinians and he said the Israelis were an extension of the Europeans who introduced apartheid to South Africa.

Wilkerson said (on Dialogue Works) "Trump is the leading voice of the psychological warfare campaign being run by Mossad, MI6 and the CIA...[and in that campaign] you look at reality...and then you call it the opposite. That's what psychological warfare is all about".
He said that campaign was being waged in Europe and SW Asia. "Unfortunately, the facts keep looming up in our face and refuting the lies" He noted that of all the lies Trump has told about Iran, he has not shown any remorse or guilt but instead he has told more lies. "these [latest lies by Trump] will do him in, I think" Wilkerson predicted.
He gave the analogy of people eulogising Graham "and you want to puke" he said. Wilkerson could not understand how 40m MAGA Americans still stood by Trump. He said the Americans were still hiding information about the assassinations of the Kennedy brothers, King, and he is doubtful that the details will come out about the despicable Graham and others in the Epstein files.
The host of DW said the disgusting Israelis (Katz) were repeating the "Raffa model" in Lebanon and in Syria.

The sensitive information Israel collects is fed into databases profiling Palestinians, used to restrict their movement through military checkpoints and to target them for arbitrary arrest and imprisonment, where they are subjected to systematic torture.
Israel uses artificial intelligence technology, drawing from the data collected by mass surveillance, to rapidly generate targets for its bombing campaigns as part of its genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. This has facilitated the speed and scale of Israel’s mass destruction of entire neighbourhoods, schools and hospitals.
In her report last year, UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese noted the central role of tech companies in supplying Israel with “infrastructure to integrate mass data collection and surveillance, while profiting from the unique testing ground for military technology offered by the occupied Palestinian territory.”
Palestinian human rights organisations have identified Cisco Systems, Oracle and Palantir as companies supplying Israel with this technology and have asked us to apply pressure on them to cease their involvement.
Cisco Systems, Oracle and Palantir are being awarded large contracts by the British government, local councils and universities. Campaigners are calling for these contracts to be ended. This is in line with the International Court of Justice (ICJ) advisory opinion issued in July 2024 which confirmed that Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territory is unlawful and that Israel is committing the crime of apartheid. It sets out clear obligations on all states to ensure they are not aiding or assisting these crimes through government contracts and trade policies.

In my research for my comment about Starmer proscribing IRGC (see post below), I came across this report by a human rights organisation in an article in Oct 2025. The Canary news site said of the report:
"[The report] has set out exactly how Keir Starmer has chosen to elevate Israeli interests at the direct expense of British democratic rights. And, the report also finds that, as a whole, Western democracies have turned counter-terrorism and anti-Semitism narratives against Palestine solidarity activists."

"The Iranian Foreign Ministry condemned the hostile action by the UK government in designating the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) as a threat, describing it as an unjustified, irresponsible measure that is contrary to the fundamental principles and rules of international law...
The UK, which has a long history of interfering in the internal affairs of other countries and pursuing colonial policies across the world...has no moral standing to accuse others,"

The FT kept blocking all of my comments; nine in total. That is disgraceful censorship and strongly suggests the FT is censoring and shielding the pro-Israelis. The tenth was published and is the smaller of the two images below.

Marandi said (on Haiphong) Trump was begging for a ceasefire and that led to the MoU. He said Iran had not attacked the Israelis, only Gulf states, because the focus was Hormuz. If the Israelis attack then Iran will respond.
He said the imminent economic crisis facing the US was the reason Trump signed the MoU, in desperation - a reason confirmed by Krapivnik (see below).
He rejected US claims of the US claims of attacking Iranian drone storage. He rejected the US claim that Hormuz was open. Hormuz is not currently available because of US attacks.

It is notable that Iran struck US assets in Oman that was because they are involved in enabling ships to pass through the Oman corridor, i.e., they are cooperating with the US against Iran. The other Gulf states cooperated with the US in the war on Iran, but Oman did not.

FT.com published a piece announcing Graham has died. No comments were allowed on two pieces about him, including this obituary. That is not surprising given he was a shameful anti-Iran troublemaker and liar. Iran will feel safer without him, though perhaps not for long because he was not alone in spewing anti-Iran rhetoric and lies.
The fact that an obituary does not allow any comments, speaks volumes about Graham as a human being and the life he led.

A recently-published book by Albanese called "When the world sleeps", about Palestinians.
The title puts the "world" and its apparent ignorance of the Palestinians, at the centre of the discussion NOT the Palestinians, and does not mention Palestine or Palestinians, except in the subtitle.
Perhaps the title is a marketing ploy by the publishers to capture attention and sales, but in my view it distracts from making Palestinians the focus of attention.
The title is incorrect because millions of people across the world are not "asleep" but very much awake and aware of the plight and situation of Palestinians and the barbarity and inhumanity of the Israelis and the US, and the complicity of the WIMPS (western imperialist supremacists).
The ones who are "asleep" are the disgusting politicians and mainstream media hacks who have been captured and bought by the pro-Israelis to keep silent and asleep and to look the other way on the genocide and barbarity of the Israelis.

US's abuse of its dollar system has triggered a shift in the global financial plumbing

I stumbled across this video about the financial plumbing that facilitates global trade. That plumbing was built by the US after WWII and has been exploited by the US to make it a hegemon. The US dollar is the global reserve currency that has enabled the US to run massive deficits. Those deficits have enabled the US to become a hegemon. The US has exploited that hegemony by becoming an imperialist, taking over from British imperialism and colonialism that collapsed because of WWII. The deficits have funded its global wars and the establishment of hundreds of US military bases across the world.
Had the US been prevented from designing the financial plumbing and from setting up the USD as the global reserve currency, then it would not have been able to run such deficits and so would not have the money to become an imperialist and a hegemon.
The plumbing plays 4 roles (5 according to the host of this video) that collectively enable global trade to occur. The US and the USD are central to this trade, but that role is crumbling
pricing of goods and services. 80% of all goods traded are priced in USD. The USD conveniently avoids pricing the same item in the currency of the trading partners, such as € or £. Instead, they simply look at the USD price.
transfer- payment for the goods must occur and promptly between buyer and seller. This is done electronically between banks. The USD can be used between the conversion of the seller's currency and the buyer's currency with banks sitting in the middle to facilitate the debit and credit of bank accounts based on the exchange rate.
savings account - trading companies need to be able to temporarily invest their money, so want a safe and liquid product. The US Treasury market has filled that role. The Petrodollar was created when the oil companies of West Asia invested their USD from oil sales in US Treasuries. The US and the Saudis agreed to trade oil in USD only, so the petrodollar was created. Those dollars flowed into the US and funded US imperialism.
trust - people who invest need to be confident their money will be returned to them on demand. Holding Treasury bonds was considered low risk but trust in the US was destroyed when the US froze $330 bn of Russian money held in USD. Central banks - fearing a similar fate - switched to holding gold instead of USD, because what happened to the Russians could happen to their country.
This video describes how the US has seized the gold of many other countries: Iraq's, Venezuela's, Yugoslavia's, and Libya's gold. the US tried to grab Kazakhstan's gold. Argentina's gold was shipped out somewhere. The British have seized Venezuela's gold.

Shehada spoke (on Halper) of the dire situation Gazans face because of the conditions created by the barbaric Israelis. He mentioned the difficulty Gazans face in leaving Gaza and the dire conditions if they remain in Gaza - spending 12 hours a day looking for food and water; no sanitation; widespread disease; massive numbers of rodents and other vermin; no running water.
Also damaging to Gazans was the feeling they have been forgotten by outsiders because the mainstream media no longer mentions Gaza. He said governments failed to control the narrative, so now they and the mainstream media allied to the governments, pretend Gaza is not there (they have shut it out).
He talked of his friend Ali who never experienced a single day of a normal life - the simple things, because they lived their entire life in an Israeli concentration camp.
He mentioned the white phosphorous bombs launched by the barbaric Israelis at civilians, how his father died of pneumonia, not the cancer he suffered from, because of inadequate heating restricted by the Israelis. He produced a video documenting ten crimes against humanity by the Israelis - not the most horrific crimes but the ones that have been documented and so are proof of Israeli barbarity.
I did not listen beyond the first one of medics who were murdered by Israelis and the Israelis being cowards as well as inhumane, denied the murders until they were presented with proof and then they changed their tune and gave an excuse for the undeniable crimes they committed. That one example shows the Israelis to be cold-blooded murderers, liars, and cowards.
He talked of recent announcement by Hamas of handing over control of Gaza, and how the new administration (a panel of Palestinians) were being prevented from taking office by Netanyahu because of upcoming Israeli elections. He felt that even if Hamas gave up their weapons, the Israelis would not allow Phase 2 of the Trump plane for Gaza to proceed. In other words, the disgusting Israelis are not likely to allow the reconstruction of Gaza. He said the cost to the Israelis of destroying Gaza was $100bn destroying Gaza; 900 Israelis, and global condemnation of the Israelis, so that cost would mean the Israelis will not allow Gaza to live again by being reconstructed.
He said Hamas were appealing directly to Trump to allow the Palestinian panel to begin work. The timing of the Hamas announcement was deliberate - to use the lure of Trump getting a Nobel Peace Prize if he gave the green light for the reconstruction to begin. He said the Prize given to him by the reprehensible Venezuelan, Machado in her desperation to become Venezuela's leader, was being discounted by the Palestinian negotiators, i.e., they were telling Trump's people that Machado's Prize was not the same as if he got it himself, so he must give the green light to proceed on Gaza's reconstruction.
He mentioned the Israeli plan to build what is in reality a Rafa concentration camp, but the Israelis are presenting it to the world as re-housing of Gazans. It would be a temporary holding camp prior to removing Gazans to Egypt. i/e/. ethnic cleansing. It gets worse. He said the Gazans who were left in Gaza would be considered Hamas supporters or agents and so legitimate targets of the IDF. In other words, the Israelis were planning to use the housing scheme in Rafa to murder Gazans labelled as Hamas, and to remove those Gazans housed in Rafa. The housing project was not the humane plan presented to the world but a cunning plan to erase Gazans.
He also mentioned that Netanyahu condoned giving money channelled to Hamas via the Qataris in order to prevent Palestinian statehood and to keep Palestinians divided.
He mentioned Ya'alon - a jew who now is sympathetic of Palestinians in the West Bank being terrorised by Israeli settlers and critical of the Israeli government.
He talked of the disgusting IDF posting online and of Israeli women dancing to songs about dead Gazan children and that is why there are no schools in Gaza - material that is included in the South Africans' war crimes and genocide application. Stoker talked of right wing supremacy, US colonialism, and US empire, and said US colonialism is not a new phenomenon but it is what (white) Americans have always been. He recommended the book 'Orientalism' by Said.

Electronic Intifada discussed how the collaborator puppet Lebanese government has ceded huge swathes of southern Lebanon to the Israelis. Being an outsider, I do not understand how these puppets can remain in power and be allowed to hand over Lebanon to the barbaric Israelis.
The Israelis openly admit to ethnic cleansing in Lebanon:
"the Israeli defense minister who by the way is a political lackey. He is not a military man. Uh he framed it this way. Uh according to the defense minister, in the western and central sectors of south Lebanon, there is almost 100% destruction of the villages along the line of contact. Uh while in the eastern sector, 73% of the villages are destroyed. He says that some 600,000 Shia from uh villages in South Lebanon have fled and another 7,000 have been displaced in the Daha in the stronghold of Beirut. again, not a military man, not touting military victories, touting ethnic cleansing and the destruction of civilian homes as their military purpose um because they can't defeat the resistance on the battlefield."

Marandi said (on Dialogue Works) that ships were passing through a corridor in Hormuz set up by the US, a corridor they tried but failed to establish during the military period. Iran warned ships over many days not to pass through the corridor and finally, Iran fired on them. He said Clause 5 of the MoU gave Iran the right to control Hormuz and there was no mention of the US being involved and certainly no right to establish a corridor for ships.
It is a clear example of the US changing the goal posts of an agreement they signed and then accusing Iran of foul play when the US are the ones who are playing dirty.
He said the US reneged on their commitments - they should have stayed out of Hormuz, returned frozen assets, removed the Israelis from Lebanon, but they did none of these and Iran will not bow to the US's treachery.
He said the US intentionally struck civilian boats - a war crime. The FT reported the US struck railway bridges - further US war crimes because they are deliberately attacking civilian infrastructure.

Rein mentioned on Galloway how a US guy (US Deputy Secretary Christopher Landau ) openly admitted the US would contain India - meaning they would not allow India to develop and surpass the US, i.e., the US is openly admitting to a policy to suppress (contain) India - in the way it is now trying to contain China - such containment attempts by the US are far too late because China has advanced far more than the US would have allowed.

I am re-sending a letter sent to the entire Board of Trustees of the AMA a few weeks ago with added urgency: Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya is in immediate danger of being murdered in Israeli prison. Naser Odeh, Dr. Abu Safiya’s lawyer recently visited his client in prison and said, ““His physical and psychological state, the severe injuries visible on his body, and his personal testimony leave no room for doubt: his life is in immediate danger.”
Dr. Abu Safiya said to his lawyer, ““They brought me here to kill me. I don’t see myself surviving. This is the end.”
The AMA does not have long to act. The organization has already failed to speak out when Israel detained their colleagues and bombed their hospitals – please do not fail to save a colleague's life while he is tortured in prison for the “crime” of caring for his patients.

Dear AMA Board of Trustees and House of Delegates Members,
We write this letter with great urgency. We ask American Medical Association members to take immediate action concerning the illegal imprisonment of Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya, a pediatrician, neonatologist, and the director of Kamal Adwan Hospital in the Gaza Strip. Dr. Abu Safiya was abducted by Israeli authorities while caring for his patients and carrying out his medical duties. He was arrested on December 27, 2024, and is being held without charge indefinitely in dangerous and inhumane conditions.
Since October 2023, Israel has arrested hundreds of Palestinian healthcare workers, including doctors, nurses, and paramedics. Today, dozens of medical professionals are still held without charge or due process in Israeli detention. Testimonies from released Palestinian prisoners recount stories of abuse and torture, including prolonged blindfolding, deprivation of food, sleep, and water, and being subjected to electric shocks, solitary confinement, and sexual torture. Organizations like the United Nations and Amnesty International have corroborated the accounts of inhumane, illegal, and cruel treatment.
In March, Israel legalized the execution of Palestinian prisoners by hanging. Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya is one of the first on the list to be targeted by this new barbaric law that seeks to eliminate even more Palestinians unjustifiably.
Background on Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya:
Since the start of Israel’s assault on Gaza through to the time of his imprisonment, Dr. Abu Safiya refused to abandon his patients, despite illegal threats made by Israeli military forces against Kamal Adwan Hospital. In October of 2024, the Israeli military brutally stormed the hospital, bombed its buildings, and detained all hospital staff and many patients. During this operation, Israeli forces killed Abu Safiya’s 15-year-old son, Ibrahim, with a drone strike while he was sheltering in the same hospital. The killing of Ibrahim is widely believed to have been retaliatory against Abu Safiya for refusing to evacuate the hospital.
Two months later, Israel besieged Kamal Adwan Hospital. After ensuring his last patients were safe, Dr. Abu Safiya was held at gunpoint and abducted by Israeli occupation forces. In the last image taken before his detention, Dr. Abu Safiya is dressed in a medical uniform, walking towards Israeli tanks. Due to his commitment to his medical oath, the arrest and arbitrary detention of Abu Safiya have now gone on for over 520 days, without charges or trial.
According to Dr. Abu Safiya’s lawyers, he is being held in extreme conditions, his health has deteriorated, and he has lost more than a third of his body weight. He has been subjected to severe physical and psychological abuse in detention, including solitary confinement, electric shocks, and beatings. Despite his existing health conditions, the Israeli prison system has denied him medical care, refused to release his medical test results, or provide him with necessary medication for his blood pressure and other health needs.
Abu Safiya is only one of the hundreds of healthcare professionals unlawfully detained by Israel. Since October 2023, Israeli forces have killed at least 1,720 Palestinian healthcare workers and wounded an additional 3,500. Estimates indicate that at least 384 Palestinian healthcare workers have been unlawfully detained by Israel, with 6 killed in detention and 24 missing.
Our Demands:
We ask that the American Medical Association use the full extent of its advocacy and lobbying power to:
Call for the unconditional release of Dr. Abu Safiya and all other healthcare professionals detained by Israel.
Appeal to the U.S. State Department or its Israeli counterpart to convey concern about Dr. Abu Safiya and inquire about his status.
Pressure the U.S. President, government officials, and congressional representatives to call for the release of Dr. Abu Safiya.
Demand that Israel revoke its decision to ban the entry of healthcare professionals and humanitarian aid organizations into the Gaza Strip.
Call for Israel to grant patients and their families permission to leave Gaza for medical treatment, with guarantees that they maintain the right to return to Gaza.
Demand that the United States remove its ban on medical-humanitarian visas for Palestinians in Gaza to travel to the U.S to receive medical care, including by directly reaching out to congressional representatives.
Condemn the obliteration of healthcare infrastructure in the Gaza Strip.
The above demands would be in line with the AMA’s own policies, including Policy D-65.993 “War Crimes as a Threat to Physicians' Humanitarian Responsibilities”, in which the AMA states it will “condemn the military targeting of health care facilities and personnel and using denial of medical services as a weapon of war” and “advocate for the protection of physicians’ rights to provide ethical care without fear of persecution”; as well as Policy H520-985 “Protection of Healthcare and Humanitarian Aid Workers in all Areas of Armed Conflict”, in which the AMA “supports the safety of healthcare and humanitarian aid workers along with safe access to healthcare, healthcare facilities, and humanitarian aid for all civilians in areas of armed conflict."
The AMA has taken similar actions in prior conflicts. In 2022, then-AMA president Dr. Gerald Harmon published a statement condemning the targeting of medical workers and civilians in Ukraine.
Presidents of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the International Pediatric Association11 have issued statements calling for Dr. Abu Safiya’s safety and release.
Additionally, UN experts with the United Nations Human Rights Office of the High Commissioner have issued a press release urging Abu Safiya’s release after receiving reports of “severe torture”. Surely, the AMA can follow suit.
Over 1700 U.S. physicians, healthcare workers, mental health professionals, educators, community-based organizations, and community members have signed this letter in support of this campaign demanding that the AMA use its power to call for the immediate release of Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya. Roberts calls for a muslim alliance to repel WIIMPS and criticises Iranian weakness over its MoU

Roberts on Dialogue Works said the Iranians committed a blunder by agreeing to a ceasefire and enter into negotiations with the Axis of Evil, because they could have demanded their own terms of victory that was theirs had they continued the military war.
"negotiation is a treacherous process. It seldom works. Seldom works. And it's always a mistake for the country with the upper hand to go into a negotiation because clearly the other side intends to take advantage of the negotiation to weaken its stronger opponent."
He said negotiations are notorious because it is not known what direction they will take. Events have shown the Axis have each breached the MoU. The Israelis continue to bomb and attack in Lebanon and Iran is not doing anything about that breach of the MoU.
Iran said it would close Hormuz but it has actually allowed ships to pass through. Its inaction over MoU breaches by the Axis of Evil is a sign of weakness and a signal to the Axis of Evil to commit more violations and to try to gain an advantage from a position of defeat.

I sent Roberts a message regarding his views:
Roberts on Dialogue Works said the Iranians committed a blunder by agreeing to a ceasefire and enter into negotiations with the Axis of Evil, because they could have demanded their own terms of victory that was theirs had they continued the military war.
"negotiation is a treacherous process. It seldom works. Seldom works. And it's always a mistake for the country with the upper hand to go into a negotiation because clearly the other side intends to take advantage of the negotiation to weaken its stronger opponent."
He said negotiations are notorious because it is not known what direction they will take. Events have shown the Axis have each breached the MoU. The Israelis continue to bomb and attack in Lebanon and Iran is not doing anything about that breach of the MoU.
Iran said it would close Hormuz but it has actually allowed ships to pass through. Its inaction over MoU breaches by the Axis of Evil is a sign of weakness and a signal to the Axis of Evil to commit more violations and to try to gain an advantage from a position of defeat.
"the Iranians are also failing on their side [of the MoU]. they haven't halted the talks even though Israel remains in violation. So uh since neither side neither Trump and his regime nor the Iranians will enforce the memorandum of understanding. uh we have negotiations underway that are in violation of the terms on which the the sides agreed to negotiate. So it looks like a weakening of the Iranian position."
He says the Iranians will allow further violations by the Axis of Evil and eventually Iran will defeat itself.

Middle East Monitor discussed with Rabbani the disgusting euphemism spewed by the Israelis of "voluntary migration" of Palestinians out of Palestine, i.e., ethnic cleansing.
Rabbani said the Israelis have repeatedly tried to remove Palestinians and transfer them to countries such as Rwanda or Somaliand, but they have been consistently rebuffed.
"short of uh pointing machine guns at the heads of Palestinian children to force their parents to take them and cross into Egypt. I just don't see this happening."
"What we are seeing, of course, is a continuous Israeli policy ["strategic patience"] to make the conditions of life within the Gaza Strip so intolerable that growing numbers of Palestinians will feel that they have no option that they cannot provide for themselves or their children or give themselves or their children a future if they remain in the Gaza Strip." he said. Those conditions include restricting humanitarian aid and murdering children.
Rabbani said the disgusting board of peace is passing a resolution making it immune to sanction for war crimes it might commit:
"a resolution to give itself uh immunity so that it can itself act with impunity. I mean, it's almost like, you know, a group of uh mafia families uh convening together and deciding that none of them will ever have to uh confront consequences uh for their, you know, killings, drug dealing, and and and various other crimes."

He mentioned the UK government is proposing to ban journalists from quoting a person labelled "terrorist" by the government. It is a repeat of the UK banning any comments by the IRA.

The double standards are illustrated by the US-Israeli Axis of Evil being accepted to participate even though they are engaged in genocide and ethnic cleansing and they started an illegal war on Iran, plus they have committed multiple international crimes, such as the kidnap of Maduro and bombing people in boats. FT.com published a piece on an attack on a reporter at a platform that is opposed to the Iranian government. I read the piece and was thinking about posting a comment but saw that no comments had been allowed for this piece.
I have my doubts about the judge's conclusion that, in her opinion, this was an attack sponsored by the Iran government. I did not come to that conclusion.
"The evidence overwhelmingly supports, in my view, the conclusion that the attack was carried out in the interests of, and on behalf of, the Iranian state." she said
There was no evidence presented in the piece to say, even remotely, that it was Iran's doing. There was no comment from the Iranian government, nor any suggestion the FT asked Iran's government for a comment on the accusation.
It is possible that the UK government and this judge have unjustly labelled this attack as being Iran's doing. Their view would be consistent with the US-Israeli Axis of Evil's propaganda and hostility for many decades, towards Iran, a view shared by the UK government.

Palestine Solidarity Campaign have prepared this briefing paper for MPs ahead of the debate. Please read this, and use the debate to urge the government, and the incoming Prime Minister, to urgently take real and meaningful action against Israel’s atrocities against the Palestinian people.
This means ending the government’s shameful complicity in Israel’s ongoing genocide, apartheid and illegal occupation by:
- Implementing wide-ranging sanctions against Israel;
- Stopping all arms trade and military cooperation with Israel;
- Prohibiting all trade that aids or assists Israel’s grave violations of international law, including all trade in goods and services with illegal Israeli settlements.
In July 2024 the International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruled that Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territory in Gaza and the West Bank including East Jerusalem is unlawful, that Israel is committing the crime of apartheid, and that all states have an obligation to bring these crimes to an immediate end. It stipulates that states are obliged not to aid or assist the illegal occupation, including through trade. After two years, the government has disgracefully still not responded to this historic ruling and remains deeply complicit in the suffering of Palestinians.
The UN Commission of Inquiry has also just confirmed in its latest report that Israel is continuing to commit genocide and other atrocity crimes against Palestinians, with Palestinian children being deliberately targeted as part of a broader pattern of destruction and collective harm.
With a new Prime Minister entering Downing Street imminently, MPs must use next Thursday’s debate to demand an urgent change in government policy to end Britain’s complicity in Israel’s violations of international law. Please use PSC’s briefing notes to speak in the debate."
The inhumanity of US imperialism exposed

Dialogue Works (DW) interviewed Hudson and Wolff. They talked about the US's attempts to maintain the USD to trade oil, to control the $ revenues of the oil producing countries (Venezuela and Iran, and Iraq and perhaps Libya too).
Hudson talked of US attempts to control how Iran spends the dollars that the US has stolen from Iran and has offered to release to Iran.
Hudson talked of the attempt by the US to control the seas in order to control the world's trade.
Wolff mentioned the change by the US from (in the past) seizing suspected drug-trafficking people and putting them through the legal system, to now murdering them (100s of people in boats in Columbia and Venezuela suspected of trafficking drugs) without trial as they travel in their boats.
Wolff warned that the US will play loose and free with "being at war" with an adversary to justify ignoring laws and rules that would be followed by reasonable and decent people.
Wolff gave the scenario of Bessent calling up Bahrain and saying "If you don't end your trade deal with Iran, then we will deem that we are at war with you and so we will confiscate your (Bahrain's) investment in US Treasuries." Bessent can carry out his threat because Bahrain has invested in USD so in practical terms, the US is holding Bahrain's money and that puts Bahrain at risk of the US confiscating that money.
The US has confiscated Iran's USD. The US controls Venezuela's oil revenues because they it is held in a bank account in Miami and controlled by Trump. Similar control is exerted by the US over Iraq (and I think also Libya's money). The US has confiscated Russia's overseas assets. The BoE has confiscated Venezuela's gold.
Wolff said the US no longer cares about its reputation in the eyes of the world about confiscating money or murdering boat people, because it is desperate for control and maintaining control.
Wolff said the Gulf states are likely to discuss with the Chinese how to get out of the clutches of the US.
Wolff's main theme is that the western empire is over - from the Brits to the US and now Iran has put an end to western imperialism:
"we are living through the disintegration of the western dominance of the world. And it's going to take ugly forms and twists and turns." Wolff said.
Hudson described the creation of Lebanon's constitution by the French: "the constitution [of Lebanon] won't let the Shia muslims be elected [even though they have the majority vote because they are much increased in numbers] That's the kind of anti-democracy that the West uh misshaped in when it carved up the whole of West Asia in the wake of world uh World War I's ending of the Ottoman Empire."
Hudson also exposed the "financial colonialism" of the west - how they gave loans to their former colonies and then took control of these countries' financial systems to ensure the colonists got repaid.
He mentioned how the Saudis refused airspace for the imminent attack on Iran by the US so US planes had to abandon that attack and turn back. The reason for the Saudi's stance was US weapons they had paid for had failed to protect them from Iran and the US had failed to protect the Saudis.
Hudson thinks civil war in Lebanon is inevitable, and that will force a change of the world order from the current US domination to something new.
Wolff said in 1884 in Berlin, the west carved up Africa amongst themselves and then these colonists began to compete with each other for other continents and these rivalries and skirmishes created hostilities and created alliances. The build up over 75 years of these hostilities was unleashed by WWI - triggered by an assassination in Sarajevo. WWII, he says was an attempt by the Germans to recover the colonies they had lost in WWI and that had been stolen by WWI victors - more colonists.
Wolff said Trump was a modern day colonist - trying to capture land, such as Venezuela and Greenland and Panama.
"Capitalism is finished. It's over. It's had its time. It is in the process of disappearing. And in that disappearance is the desperation we're living through." said Wolff.

Fars News Agency mentioned that the US torpedoed an Iranian unarmed vessel off Sri Lanka that murdered over 100 personnel. The attack (in Mar 2026) was unprovoked and without warning. Iran has called it a war crime and "an act of cowardice against a defenseless target far from the battlefield." Legal action will be taken.

Appalling weaponisation of jewishness and lying illustrated by pro-Israeli mouthpiece, Jennings

The Grayzone discussed recent wins by political candidates (who are pro-Palestine and against the barbarity and atrocities committed by the Israelis) over sitting politicians who are pro-Israel.
The clip was a reminder that people who appear moral, respectable and reasonable in many ways are actually rotten under that veneer of decency because they are supporters of the barbaric Israelis and their genocide and ethnic cleansing. One of these rotten people is Goldman. He lost his seat.
The video showed a clip of the disgusting Scott Jennings - a pro-Israeli talking head.
Jennings brings jewishness of some of the losers into his comments, and he uses their jewishness as a weapon to attack the people who were elected (and whom he dislikes) and to make the losers (whom he supports) appear victims because they are jews.
Playing the 'victimised jew' card is another illustration of how these bought pro-Israeli mouthpieces use religion to create the false claim of anti-jewishness.
Yahoo reported that a coffee shop said to Goldman:" "We don't serve racists, fascists, homophobes, genocide enablers or anyone in between. Too bad we didn't recognize you right away, or we would have turned you away." The coffee shop then went on to say that it had issued a refund to the congressman, and told him to never come to the store."
Yahoo also wrote "Poetica Coffee slammed the Jewish congressman — who's currently up for re-election — over his support for Israel."
Note, Yahoo pointed out Goldman is a jew. Like Jennings, Yahoo is using jewishness as a weapon or as a hook to hang a claim that a jew has been victimised for being a jew, i.e., antisemitism.
Yahoo reported Dhillon saying, about the coffee shop:
"Federal law prohibits public accommodations such as coffee shops from discriminating against patrons based on their race, religion, or national origin," she said in a post. "These actions are not only reprehensible, they're potentially illegal. The Civil Rights Division has opened an investigation, and will bring an enforcement action if warranted."
From her comments, it's not clear what she meant by "These actions". Is she referring to the coffee shop's comments, or Fed law prohibitions on discrimination?
Jennings brought out Goldman's jewishness and used the victimisation card: "Throwing Democrat Jewish congressman out of coffee shops in Brooklyn, New York. It's not 1930s Germany. This is the United States of America."
Note how the disgusting Jennings refers to Goldman being a jew and implies he was barred from the shop because he was a jew. That is false. The comments reported in Yahoo do not refer to Goldman's jewishness at all.

Jennings is completely false in his claim that Mamdani called jews 'monsters'. Mamdami's reference to 'monsters' was to AIPAC only, but Jennings tries to attach that 'monsters' comment to jewishness and then plays the jew victim card to attack Mamadani. Jennings than uses his lie of what Mamdani said and extrapolates it to all jews across America, to exaggerate the impact of what he claims Mamdani said.
Note also how Jennings brings into the discussion the Germans' persecution of jews in 1930s and then draws a parallel with those times to the present day in the US, i.e., he is saying jews in the US today are being treated (as victims) in the same way as they were victims of the Germans during the 1930s. His aim is to claim that those who lost were ousted because they are jews and so they are victims of anti-jewishness. Not only is that claim false, it has the additional impact of attacking the people falsely accused of anti-jewishness (those elected in place of these losers). That false claim also attacks the coffee shop, even though it is clear the shop did not refer to jewishness.
Goldman also played the victim of anti-jewishness in relation to being barred from the coffee shop, when it is clear there is no anti-jewishness against him. He is reported in this article, as saying:

FT.com published a piece about the 250th anniversary of the USA. It was flawed because it ignored the reality of people of colour.
It is disgusting to come across articles, this is an example, that talk collectively (they use the term:"US", or "we") but without admitting it, they are actually writing from the perspective of white people and are not considering the situation of other groups that are a part of the "US".
Perhaps these blinkered people do not register in their brain any kind of people other than what they see in their mirror. Their blindness might be because they circulate only among their own kind and do not interact with people outside that circle, so they are ignorant of any other kind. Perhaps they are aware of the other kinds of people in society, but they dehumanise them out of existence and consideration, so they do not exist.

I stumbled across this piece where Galloway exposed the hypocrisy of the whites who wrote the constitution or led the US, including Washington and Jefferson - both slave owners.

Ritter on Haiphong said it would take the US two years to have US boots in Iran. Haiphong showed comments by Vance that suggested the MoU was not being treated sincerely as a means to bring lasting peace but was being used to buy time for the US to regroup militarily and to refill oil reserves and then after that is done to leave open the option to restart the war on Iran.
He said Iran is holding back on war in order to maximise its economic potential (oil exports) rather than start firing missiles because the US has violated the terms of the MoU. He thinks both sides will therefore play "games" and the MoU will be extended after 60 days and the current impasse will drag on and become a 'cold war' or a 'lukewarm war'. He said the US could not win the war on Iran militarily and Iran doesn't want war because it would rather maximise the exports of oil. He said the US will not agree to the terms of the MoU.

FT.com published a piece on thugs in South Africa targetting foreigners. After spending a lot of time creating a comment I found further comments had been blocked. That was very annoying. The article had been published just 7 hours earlier. I wrote to the FT to express my disappointment.
I then found a similar FT article and posted my comment there.
The articles showed that violence and discrimination are not the preserve of WIIPS (western-Israeli imperialist supremacists).

No one should act as though they have a right to commit violent crime or to steal and destroy another's property without being held accountable for their crimes. These criminals, whether in Northern Ireland, the US, or South Africa, must be prosecuted for their crimes.
Mr Raymond and other victims of this violent discrimination are decent law-abiding people who are trying to make a living for themselves and their families. They contribute to society, yet are singled out because they are different.
The South African politicians and law enforcement must also be held to account - for allowing such violence and intimidation to occur, or for inciting such behaviour."

No one should act as though they have a right to commit violent crime or to steal and destroy another's property without being held accountable for their crimes. These criminals, whether in Northern Ireland, the US, or South Africa, must be prosecuted for their crimes.
Mr Raymond and other victims of this violent discrimination are decent law-abiding people who are trying to make a living for themselves and their families. They contribute to society, yet are singled out because they are different.
The South African politicians and law enforcement must also be held to account - for allowing such violence and intimidation to occur, or for inciting such behaviour."
